How long does delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 1–3 business days inside Saudi Arabia. You can also pick up your order at one of our branches immediately after confirmation.
What payment methods are accepted?
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and bank transfer. Mada/Visa/MasterCard and STC Pay support coming soon.
Can I pick up my order from a branch?
Yes — choose the "Pick up from branch" option at checkout. We have 6 branches in Dammam (King Saud Road).
How do I activate the SIM after I receive it?
Each SIM ships with activation instructions from the provider (STC/Mobily/Zain). Usually you just insert it into your phone and follow the steps in the welcome SMS — no need to visit a provider branch.
Can I cancel or exchange my order?
You can cancel before shipping from the Orders page in your account. After shipping or activation, the provider's exchange policy applies. Contact our support line for help.
