Welcome to the Golden Card store. By using this website or placing any order through it, you agree to the terms below.

1. Definitions

"Store" refers to the Golden Card website and any affiliated applications. "Customer" means any person browsing or placing an order on the Store. "Products" means the SIM cards and telecom packages offered on the Store. "Company" means Golden Card Trading Establishment (CR 7025800322).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to complete a purchase. You agree to provide accurate, complete information when signing in and are solely responsible for protecting your email address and one-time login codes. The Company reserves the right to suspend any account that violates these terms.

3. Pricing

All prices are in Saudi Riyal and include 15% VAT unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. Available payment methods: bank transfer, cash on delivery, and pay at branch. An order is not considered confirmed until the Company receives proof of payment where required.

4. Delivery

SIMs are delivered to your registered address within 3 to 7 business days within Saudi Arabia. You may alternatively select free pickup from one of our Dammam branches. Deliveries may be delayed by circumstances beyond our control (weather, courier holidays, etc.).

5. Activation

SIM activation requires identity verification through the official Nafath app in accordance with Communications, Space & Technology Commission (CST) regulations. You will be asked to share the Nafath confirmation code with an authorized Company representative. Never share this code with anyone other than an authorized representative.

6. Refunds

You may cancel an order at no cost before it ships. After shipping, you may refuse delivery and the order amount will be refunded minus the actual shipping cost. Activated SIMs cannot be returned because they are linked to your identity. Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days from receipt of the returned order.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use the Store for any unlawful purpose, resell SIMs to third parties, attempt unauthorized access to our systems, impersonate others, or provide falsified information when purchasing or activating.

8. Liability

The Company is not responsible for the quality or interruption of the underlying telecom service — that is the responsibility of the network operator (STC, Mobily, Zain, etc.). Our obligation is limited to delivering a valid, activatable SIM. We are not liable for any indirect, consequential, or anticipated-profit damages.

9. Changes

The Company may update these terms at any time. Updates will be published on this page with the effective date shown at the top. Continued use of the Store after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute arising from use of the Store is referred to the competent judicial authorities in the city of Dammam, with amicable settlement preferred before judicial recourse.
